About Us
We’re Don and Ribka Brodt, husband-and-wife founders of Regal. We live and work in Ventura County, where we’re also raising our daughter. Having lived and traveled around the world, we’ve come to deeply appreciate the beauty and tight-knit spirit of this region. There’s no better place to call home—and no better community to serve. We bring different strengths to the table, but we share one driving belief:
every senior deserves to feel safe, valued, and at home.
